Introduction
When you are logged in to your account, you will be able to view all your support requests and their statuses.
My Requests
- Sign in to your account in https://erprocksolid.zendesk.com. If you need to create a new account, please refer to the Create an Account guide.
- In the top right, you will see your name, open the dropdown and click on Requests.
- Once you click on Requests, you will see all your requests and their statuses.
- You can select any of the requests to see all the information and history. You will be able to see all interactions between you and your support agent.
- Additionally, you can also add any comments or add documents.
